Today, following quite a while of battling with my weight, and managing an overweight family trying to claim ignorance, my youngsters age 5 and 7 rode their bicycles and kept running with me while I worked out. My better half began working out as well. My children are super amped up for their up and coming races with me and their mother. Understanding that the things I do and say make a difference, and that we're all in this together as a family MMT.
