A full sun

After a debilitating, weeklong celebration I was recovering a lift home in an auto loaded with my companions. We were coming up finished a mountain street with an extremely excellent sea see exactly at nightfall.

I'll always remember the upheaval that took after when I said "wow it's so wonderful, and it's even a full sun!"

I quickly overlooked that lone moons have stages, and that the sun is by and large constantly 'full' … my companions have never given me a chance to live it down.
